Take a photo if the product arrives damaged or the size/color is not the same as ordered.

If the product has not arrived at its destination, please contact us by email and we will remedy the problem. A service team member will respond to your request within 24 hours and assist you with the return and refund procedure. The refund will be made to the same payment method once the product is returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the evidence you have provided to us. You can send your refund request to lookchic00@gmail.com attaching the order number, and the request will be evaluated by our team within 24 hours.

If the request is accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the product (at the time of ordering) once the product has been returned to our warehouse.
